Description and Specification

1)     Payoff unit: 4 reel arm

Manually expand and contract. Diameter 46-520 mm

2)     Roll Forming Unit:

Consisting of 18 sets of forming roll and 6 sets of vertical roll. All rolls are made of steel 1450, hardened, ground and chromeplated.

Rolling Speed: 6-15 m/min.

Main motor: 4 kw, with planet-cycloid reducer

Roll shaft: made of steel 1450

To form the tubes of different diameter different group of rolls are needed.

3)     Hydraulic Cutter: Automatic cutting to the setting length.

4)     Tube Run-out Table.

5)     Base structure: welded steel frame with stress eliminating

6)     Hydraulic power station, pump driven by 3 kw motor, 16 MPa hydraulic pressure

7)     Electric control system: PLC, convert control and touching screen operation panel from  Matsushita, Japan. Other electric components are from  Schneider.
